I ordered a personalised gift about three weeks ago for my friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, when the parcel arrived, the gift was damaged. I only noticed this at the moment I gave it to my friend, which was really upsetting. However, my friend kindly suggested not letting it ruin the moment.
A few days later, customer service contacted me for feedback. I was honest and explained what had happened, without really expecting anything in return. I was genuinely surprised when they immediately offered to send me a replacement free of charge as an apology.
The replacement was sent twice — the first parcel was unfortunately lost by the delivery company — but today I finally received it, and it looks absolutely perfect!
I am truly impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and care shown by the YourSurprise team. I can’t wait to surprise my friend again.

Erstmal hat alles super unkompliziert und auch schnell funktioniert. Der Bestellprozess und gesamte Abwicklungsprozess sind sehr einfach und schnell. Die Pralinen sind zudem wirklich lecker. Das einzige was man mit der Zeit noch optimieren könnte, wĂ€re die reine BildqualitĂ€t. Aber das sehe ich eher als den sprichwörtlichen i Punkt. Das Geschenk von den Kindern fĂŒr die Mama kam super an und ist auch schon alle. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr :)
