This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.
I would recomend you to my friends ...... and indeed I have done.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

Het product (zelf ontworpen koffiemok 175ml) is perfect. Het voldoet namelijk aan mijn wensen.
Qua ontwerp, maar dat is niet zo moeilijk, omdat het mijn eigen ontwerp is. Maar ook qua inhoud.
Een mok van 175ml is best lastig te vinden. Ik was dus erg aangenaam verrast: 'your surprise to me'.
Op de website wordt gemeld dat voor de meeste cadeaus met bezorgadres binnen 1-2 dagen bezorgd wordt.
Ik had gehoopt dat mijn cadeau ook tot die categorie zou worden gerekend.... Maar helaas.
Dit is 'your surprise' natuurlijk niet aan te rekenen. Dit is puur mijn eigen invulling.
Dit heeft dan ook geen invloed op mijn beoordeling.
Kortom, ik ben 100% tevreden.
