This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.
I would recomend you to my friends ...... and indeed I have done.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

Ik heb vaker bij jullie besteld en de prijs kwaliteit en orginele kadootjes vond ik al top. Jullie pakken het ook allemaal heel goed in en meestal wordt het snel bezorgd. Ik heb dit cijfer gegeven voor de pro-activiteit van jullie customer service medewerkers (Angel). Mijn laatste bestelling stond eerst in de uitlevering bij POSTNL, maar later werd dat veranderd naar nog niet geprocessed....ze zeiden dus niet dat ze het pakje ontvangen hadden... Ik heb me eerst bij Bowie de chatbox gemeld, en die gaf meteen aan dat een medewerker contact op zouden nemen, dat gebeurde ook met de mededeling "dat POSTNL het pakketje waarschijnlijk kwijt was en dat dit niet de service is die jullie voor jullie klanten verwachten" en er werd gelijk actie genomen om mijn kadootje nog een keer te versturen, op jullie kosten.... ik vind dat dat top service, vandaar het hoge cijfer :0)
