Printed little boxes. Milka chocs inside. Perfect! BUT it could be made a little clearer that there is a choice of box design. I thought you could only have the first few on display. Didn't see anything (words) to tell me to scroll to choose a box design.

This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

Es war ok. Ich wollte aus Ungarn meinem Sohn, der in Deutschland lebt, ein kleines Geburtstagsgeschenk schicken. Ich habe es ausgewählt und die Lieferungsadresse angegeben. Per Mail konnte ich den Lieferungsprozess verfolgen. Da mein Sohn zum Zeitpunkt der Zustellung nicht zu Hause war, konnte er es von der naheliegenden DHL-Box abholen.

Ik had een half jaar geleden een cadeau bij jullie besteld, een verlicht plaatje voor een vriendin die haar baby was verloren. Nu werkte het lampje niet zo goed meer. Zij heeft contact met jullie opgenomen en de volgende dag was er al een nieuwe geleverd. Ontzettend fijn want ze waren er zo blij mee. Het plaatje is heel belangrijk voor hun en staat ook naast de urn, en brandt elke avond. Dus nogmaals ontzettend bedankt voor jullie goede service🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 wordt ontzettend gewaardeerd. Voor het eerst kennis gemaakt met de website van Yoursurprise. Cadeau zelf ontworpen en bestellen en verzenden verliep prima.
Het enige minpunt wat ik heb is de chatbot. Ik was op zoek naar iets, vlak voor eht afrekenen, en zo'n chatbot is gewoon standaard in antwoorden en niet behulpzaam. Ik vind het geen persoonlijke communicatie. Uiteindelijk heb ik het zelf gevonden.
