Kwaliteit was niet goed, maar klantvriendelijkheid is een 10 waard.
Opgenomen via e-mail wat er aan de hand was en heel goed opgelost.
Toppie en daarom zou ik het ook anderen mensen aanraden. Vorige artikelen die ik had besteld waren prima. Kan een keer gebeuren en zeer vriendelijk opgelost.

Helaas ging er met de verzending via postNL iets fout waardoor het pakje na een aantal dagen nog steeds niet bezorgd was.
Een mailtje gestuurd en Yoursurprise stuurde direct een nieuw gepersonaliseerd item naar ons op.
