This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

Ik geef steeds een 9 omdat ik vind dat perfectie niet bestaat maar desalniettemin zijn wij heel blij met ons cadeau. Wij vinden dat de prijs/kwaliteit perfect is en dat de deksel van de kist heel mooi bedrukt is en veel beter is dan wij hadden durven hopen.
Levering was snel en correct. En leuk dat er ook nog een bedrukt kaartje werd meegeleverd.

Bij een ander voorbeeld op de website waren de letters donkerder roze. Nu is de kleur bijna herltzelfde. (Stond ook op een andere foto) Maar had gehoopt dat t wat donkerder zou zijn zoals op de afbeelding hieronder.

J'ai fait une 1ère commande d'une carte d'anniversaire pour le 24/09, elle est partie en courrier simple et je ne l'avais pas encore reçue le 22/09 alors que la livraison se situait entre le 18/09 et le 21/09. J'ai donc téléphoné à une collaboratrice qui m'a gentiment réexpédié la carte en Colissimo, je l'ai reçue le jour J (commande du 22/09 reçue le 24/09). Bien évidemment, la livraison en incombe à la Poste. J'avais fait la 1ère commande le 15/09 et elle est partie le même jour, je pensais donc la recevoir pour la date anniversaire soit le 24/09.... Il est donc difficile, compte tenu des délais d'acheminement de la Poste pour les courriers simples, de recevoir les envois pour la date espérée.
J'ai reçu aujourd'hui 25/09 la 1ère carte, donc le jour J+1. A noter qu'avec cet envoi, je n'avais pas d'enveloppe, alors qu'avec la 2ème, j'en avais bien 1.
Toutefois, je tiens à vous signaler que je suis entièrement satisfaite de Your Surprise, je n'est jamais été déçue de toutes mes commandes.
