This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

Bestellen ging prima. Was even war verwarring over de knuffel dus heb ik telefonisch contact gezocht. Ik wist wat ik wilde maar moest wachten tot de baby geboren was voor de naam. Toen ik die wist zocht ik op konijn en kwam niet tevoorschijn die ik wilde. Ik bleek te moeten zoeken op haas🤣🤣

I think this is a lovely gift idea and have used it several times. However I was disappointed with the packaging. The box is good quality but I thought it would be more like a puzzle box with the picture and number of pieces printed on it, not the one size fits all gift box we got.
