Honestly I couldn't be happier with the product, and even more so, my God daughter loves it. Nicely packaged, seems good quality and prompt delivery. Only thing I would add, is to have a the delivery details placed on the bottom of the box, so it doesn't detract from the presentation as a gift. Good job

Everything was really really good thank you. I ordered 4 espresso cups unfortunately 1 was broken but replaced straight away thank you. They came in quite a large box with minimal bubble wrap and were moving around inside the box hence the broken one . I just received the replacement one and it was in the same size box with no bubble wrap just some cardboard around it, I have no idea how that didn't break but it didn't, even padded out with old newspaper or something to stop the movement would be ideal. Anyway not a moan , the customer service is fantastic and I will definitely use again, thank you .
