I think this is a lovely gift idea and have used it several times. However I was disappointed with the packaging. The box is good quality but I thought it would be more like a puzzle box with the picture and number of pieces printed on it, not the one size fits all gift box we got.

Hi, i am very happy with your offer, delivery and quality of the product I ordered. The price was great too. I can't say much about product range as I specifically looked for a customised mug. I loved the option of adding a photo and also adding a message on the other side of the mug - that's was exactly what I was looking for.
